No Returns:

Exchanges:
We understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you expected. We gladly offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your purchase.
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• The exchanged item must be of equal value to the original purchase.
• The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange.

How to Exchange:

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Although Stainless Steel is water resistant- Product build-up may occur over time. Taking your Jewelry off to shower will keep it in its best condition.
