Custom Orders:

  • Custom orders are created with special care, and the processing time varies depending on the complexity of the item. Generally, custom orders will be completed and shipped within 1-2 weeks. We will keep you updated on the progress of your custom piece and notify you when it’s ready to ship.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select.

Shipping Times:

  • Once your order is shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the U.S., but this may vary for international orders.

Order Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please use this number to follow the progress of your shipment.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Fever Dreamz, we are committed to providing unique and high-quality jewelry pieces. Please review our exchange policy before making your purchase.

No Returns:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for any purchases.

Exchanges:
We understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you expected. We gladly offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your purchase.
  • The item must be unusedunworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The exchanged item must be of equal value to the original purchase.
  • The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange.

How to Exchange:
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at janeejuelz@thesweetspotsociety.co with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. Once approved, we will provide further instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Repair Policy

At Fever Dreamz, we stand by the quality of our jewelry and want to ensure you enjoy your pieces for years to come. If you encounter any issues with your jewelry, we are happy to offer repair services under the following conditions:

Free Repairs:
We offer free repairs for any issues with your jewelry as long as:

  • You have 95% of the original materials from the item.
  • The repair is due to normal wear and tear.

Shipping Costs:
While we cover the repair service, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the item to and from our facility.

Approval Process:
All repair requests are subject to approval. Please contact our customer service team at janeejuelz@thesweetspotsociety.co with details and photos of the damage to initiate the process. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item to us.

Cost-Based Repairs:
If you have less than 95% of the original pieces, or if the damage is beyond normal wear and tear, repairs may come at an additional cost. We will provide a quote based on the extent of the repair required.

Custom Order Policy

  • All custom orders require a Custom Order Form to be filled out, providing us with the necessary details of your request.
  • For certain custom pieces, we may request a video call to discuss the specifics of your design, ensuring we fully capture your vision.

Turnaround Time:

  • The time to complete custom orders will vary depending on the complexity of the design. Typically, custom pieces are completed and shipped within 1-2 weeks, but we will communicate with you throughout the process.

Design Integrity:

  • We prioritize the originality and integrity of Fever Dreamz. Custom orders that are based on or too similar to designs from other jewelry designers may be politely declined in order to maintain the uniqueness and identity of our brand. We encourage you to share your own creative ideas for your custom pieces.
